  1. Cut the tomatoes and zucchinis in slices.
  2. Braise the zucchini slices in the butter or some oil in a skillet for five minutes.
  3. Add the heavy cream and your seasoning mix and stir in the cream cheese when it’s hot.
  4. Add your tomatoes and the fresh herbs and give it a good stir.
  5. Put everything in a dish and sprinkle your cheese over it.
  6. Bake in your preheated oven at 170°C or 338°F for approx. 30-35 minut
